Please note:	This site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 5+ (or Netscape [Communicator] Navigator 4.0-4.05) with Java and JavaScript enabled at 640x480 full-screen resolution (button and other toolbars clicked off, or just tap F11 in IE) and the default font -- Times New Roman, 12 pt. Many/most of these pages pages can also be viewed with these settings using Netscape 3+/4.06+ and Internet Explorer 4+; but some Java won't work on later versions of Netscape, and layout inconsistencies (or nonfunctional pages) may occur on earlier versions of both browsers.
